Tri Fit Solution’s mission is “to coach and train new and experienced triathletes to reach their goals.”  In addition I strive to help you achieve overall health and wellness.   A phased integral workout program and proper diet creates proven results.  The right nutrition is an integral part of a successful training program.  I always encourage proper fuel and hydration for my clients.  There are so many options out there it is important to find the right nutrition that work best for you on race day as well as your rest day.  Recently certified as DotFit specialist as well.
